All Products with a MANUFACTURERS Guarantee is 1 year (12 MONTHS) unless listing has stated otherwise, all MANUFACTURERS Guarantees are subject to being registered by the customer WITH THE RELEVANT MANUFACTURER and may not be valid if this is not done within 30 days of purchase.

 

 

Returns Policy

Unwanted Return:

You can return an item within as long as the item is still unused unspoilt and in a resalable condition within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.
 

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

 

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 30 days. If you do try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
 

When returning items back to us we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping hold of your proof of postage in case we need to look at it later on. 
 

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional free gift must be returned with that free gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. We reserve the right to deduct the current website price of the Free Gift or promotional item from the purchased item, should the return be delivered without this item included.
 

Refunds for returned items will be applied to the original payment method that was used to place the order within 5 to 10 days of the return reaching our warehouse. You will receive an email from us once your refund has been processed. Please note, refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

 

Faulty Return

If you are returning an item which is faulty or you have received an incorrect item please follow the returns process. Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was faulty or incorrect.

We Require if Returning Due to Fault , You Must Return In Original Packaging without any damages to the Product/Items with all elements that was delivered to you, Once we Receive we will Inspect Product/Items if we discover Misuse , Human Error or Any Damages other Than FAULT you will be Charged £50, if Product has No FAULT Found they will be either a 30% Restocking Fee or Returned to you at your Expense.

 

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Damaged Items

Delivery cost is FREE for all orders over £50 and is sent via either Parcel Force 24hr Tracked (weekdays) or Royal Mail ,My Hermes ,TNT, Tuffnells depending on the product.  For orders under £50, delivery will be with fastest service available is £8.95. 

We will use the best Available Courier, next working day delivery applies on all orders placed before Midday week days only if Possible but Delivery Times and Dates are not Guaranteed.
If an item is “out of stock” you will be advised of the date when more stock is due before you place your order. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email. Your order will be dispatched and the out of stock items will follow. 

During exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a catalogue or sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery.

Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. We also ask customers to ensure that they make their claim within a reasonable length of time.

Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 2 days of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival. Full returns details will be given once reported.

2.3 For items marked as Pre‑Order: To place your pre‑order simply add the product to basket and checkout as normal. We will then dispatch the items as soon as the stock arrives with us. Orders with both in stock and pre‑order items on will be dispatched once all of the items are in stock and available. Please note that the delivery date on all pre‑ordered items is an estimated shipping date only, and although unlikely, may be subject to change. Due to any unforeseen events such as manufacturing delays etc. we cannot guarantee delivery dates for any pre‑ordered items. Pre‑orders are sold on a first come first served basis. Pre‑orders are charged when the order is placed. If due to any circumstances your order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue you with a full refund. 2.4 We accept these payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal (US and UK). The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.
We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

2.5 To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to let us know you wish to cancel the order. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order, depending on your chosen delivery method:

‑ Express Delivery ‑ up to 20 minutes after placing your order
‑ Saturday Delivery ‑ up to 11am Friday prior to your selected delivery date
‑ Standard & all other delivery methods ‑ up to 1 hour after placing your order

2.11(ii) Christmas Delivery & Returns Policy: Any orders placed between the 1st October 2021 and 31st December 2021 will be covered under our extended Christmas returns policy.
